Rice flour is very important to make your skin more smooth and soft and it is a
Natural Body Scrubs for Soft Skin. The lactic acid in milk will help reduce pigmentation, heal dry skin, heal acne and relieve sunburn.

Step 1: Mix rice flour and milk in a bowl and make a thick paste of it.

Step 2: Apply it all over your body and massage in a circular motion for 6 to 7 minutes.

Step 3: Wash it off with cold water.

2. GRAM FLOUR AND YOGURT

Gram flour helps in instant brightness. It has been used in India as a beauty ingredient for ages. It is a natural skin brighter. Yogurt helps in tightening the pores and helps in dissolving the dead skin.

Step 1: Mix gram flour (besan) and yogurt with a ratio of 2:1 and make a paste of thick consistency.

Step 2: Apply it all over your skin and massage in a circular motion for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Wash it off with cold water.

Coffee has a lot of nutrients and antioxidants that help in glowing skin and also has calming effects. Coconut is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and moisturizing.

Step 1: Mix coffee and coconut oil in a bowl.

Step 2: Apply the mixture over your body and massage gently for 5-10 minutes in a circular motion.

Step 3: Remove the mixture off your body with the help of washcloth.

Step 1: Mix sugar and honey in a bowl and make a paste in semi-thick consistency.

Step 2: Apply it over your body and scrub in a circular motion for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Wash it off with cold water.
